Bradley recently visited Clent Connect - a community hub with a café and shop that is run by volunteers.
Bradley said:
"At the heart of tackling social isolation and loneliness in Clent is Clent Connect.
"During the pandemic, the community came together to support each other and that is where the idea of Clent Connect was born.
"I recently caught up with the volunteers to hear how Clent Connect is going from strength-to-strength and how I can support their vital work."
