Bradley has visited a community group in Blackwell which is tackling social isolation and loneliness in the village.
Bradley said:
"Social isolation and loneliness, particularly in rural communities, is an issue we need to tackle more as a country.
"And here in Blackwell that work is happening thanks to Cllr Bakul Kumar who hosts a weekly group where residents come together to chat and to stay active.
"I even had a go at the exercises myself!"
